well,let me officially kick you in the butt,then! I have been doing really good,although halloween is just around the corner and the bags of candy that the kids bring home will be hard to stay away from,I have to come up with a plan so I don't eat 10 pounds of candy!!!

Well I haven't been doing anything! Today is actually the first day I'll be back in the gym full force. Well your tri is going to be great-at least u r doing one,that's more than most can say,you will prob surprise yourself and do better than u think!

Ugh yeah I had 0 motivation but now I've adjusted to life with a new puppy-I actually took the entire week off but it was just what I needed,now I'm rested and ready to get back at it! How is tri training going? Hitting any speed bumps with training?

Thx! Well so far this week has been horrible,we got a new puppy(yay!)and my whole schedule has been totally screwed up! I need to find time to train and i'm so tired,it's almost like having a toddler!

Thanks,my problem is too many cheat meals and not enough cardio! So far I've only had one cheat meal and my goal is to keep it once a week! I keep reminding myself that if I eat crap I'll look like crap,too! So far that's working:)

I also drink about 2 c. Black coffee a day & have 1small square 88% dark chocolate after meal 6(keeps me sane!)

I eat 6 meals a day,about 1500 cals a day right now. Oatmeal w/protein powder,protein shake w/a piece of fruit,large salad w/tuna&olive oil/vinegar,1/2 banana w/ 1tbsp p.butter on low carb wrap, protein shake postworkout,another large salad w/fish.

Sooo true about the pics,i'm going to have my hubby take one of me today so I can really see where i'm at! So far so good,I just need to stay focused and consistent with my cardio and diet(easier said than done,of course!) It really is helping me to update my progress with someone,I can easily dissapoint myself but I hate dissapointing others so,THANK YOU!!! My goal this week is to add 5 minutes to each cardio session,what about you,what's your main focus this week?

My week is good,too! It helps that I'm checking with u,it helps me stay accountable with what I said I'd do. So far I've been sticking to my plan and it's been good. I'm getting my cardio done which is good. Have a great weekend and I'll check in next week!(I'll also post new pics when I see I've made some progress!)

Sooo....how was your week? Mine was pretty good,or so I thought until I jumped on the scale this morning and not only did I not lose weight but I actually gained! ugh!#@$!. Okay,so my plan is this:Daily caloric intake-approx.1500,high protein,mod.carbs and fat,only ONE cheat meal per week;5 workouts per week(week one 3-6 reps,week two 8-12 reps,week three 15-20 reps,week four back to 3-6 reps and so on) and 6 days of cardio for at least 45 minutes.
