How I Started:
I didn't realize I started losing weight for months. I just became happy and it started coming off. But, then after talking with a wonderful friend that has been doing this for a few years and has lost over 200lbs I have learned so much more. And the right way to do things.
Why I Love It:
It gives me so much energy and keeps me focused. When having a bad day I no longer run to food or soda. I go work out even for a little bit and I feel so much better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well being the female that I am, buying cloths and the reactions I get daily about how much I have changed really helps. But, when it comes down to it, I stay focused mostly due to how much better I feel about life and where its going and how much better I feel inside and about me and I can do more with the kids.
BB Accomplishments:
Joining on here now and starting this wonderful journey and starting the gym.

I never really had to think about my weight or what I ate. Now that I am older and have 5 kids thing are so different. I am a much better person now then I have been in years.

i like your BESLIM plan, individually these things seem simple,putting them all together is the hard part,specifically the support part, surround yourself with possitive people.
