Of course! I agree that it is hard to find people our height, and I have a lot of respect for short girls who are in good shape. It's difficult when you only have 5'1 to work with lol. You look great by the way!

Hi Tam. I do not see a significant difference yet, but minute changes, you should be our own best judge. Keep at it though! Challenge yourself. Don't let a small setback get you down. The key is to always feel challenged at every workout. I also think maybe you need to practice your back double-bi pose. You aren't flexing hard enough for definition to show. I asked to have my journal deleted because I decided to start a new plan and thought it was pointless having it there!! anyways, I'm now doing the anabolic diet and this is my 7th day! it's going really well, i've been reading the hell out of the e-book!
