How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
it gives me confidence and since I work at a univeristy where my expertise is in public health it's very important for me to have a healthy appearance.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Angelina Jolie....I love her body. She looks so fit and athletic but also very feminine.
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I need the environment. The other people all dedicated to doing the same thing that I am....It keeps me motivated.
