What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
It's essential that I get around 40-50 grams of whey protein asap into my blood stream for my muscles..I even try to get some sugar in there a little before that.

playing basketball or actual calf raises

The tri-press down is defitely a good option that I like and always have

yeah i hear ya there...i used to be a freakin twig...if u ever want any tips just holla, because im a bit of a hardgainer myself...i know it doesnt rly look like it but when i first started i was around 115lbs
haha yea i think we all hit that stage. i just got past it thank GAWD lol now i am ready to rip it up. i wanna get to competing weight by june and thats about 60 lbs away :S haha but im gonna try!
