How I Started: Lifting weights with my Dad growing up.
Why I Love It: Something about concentrating on that burn of working out just really seems to relax me afterward.
How I Stay Motivated: Subconciously I motivate myself by ingraining thoughts into my mind that feed my hunger to want to go back for more.
BB Accomplishments: At one point my weight training had taken me to 195lbs. with 6% bodyfat (that was almost 15 years ago)...I'd like to be there again someday.

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Lose unwanted fat.
Goal (Long): I've committed to losing 25lbs. over the next 6 weeks using 'The Ketogenic Diet'. I have a long term goal of getting fit and staying that way. My ideal physique would be about 195-200lbs. with 8-10% bodyfat. The outline I have for achieving this goal is to combine dieting with cardio to get my weight down to a manageable state.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 17 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
