What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Following a diet plan outlined by my nutritionist...variety of clean foods...roughly 1800 calories per day.
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Caffeine, first thing when I wake up for an energy boost and for my metabolism. I also take another dose before my PM workout for that extra surge of energy during the end of the day.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
5g of Creatine and 2000mg of L-Arginine (on an empty stomach).
Creatine helps restore energy to the muscles during workouts and L-Arginine dialates the blood vessels for an increased pump.
