I've committed to losing 25lbs. over the next 6 weeks using 'The Ketogenic Diet'. I have a long term goal of getting fit and staying that way. My ideal physique would be about 195-200lbs. with 8-10% bodyfat. The outline I have for achieving this goal is to combine dieting with cardio to get my weight down to a manageable state.
