victor has the type of body i want its mass but it is ideal with the right shape
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
they try ego lifts eveytime i have been injuried is because of trying to lift something that my body wasnt used to... we are bodybuilders not powerlifters just keep that in mind
