When I Started: Mar, 2007
How I Started: Got depressed and lost weight the first semester of my second year of college due to not eating enough (dropped down to around 130-135)..... so I decided second semester to get those pounds back and then some.
Why I Love It: Pushing through that last rep at failure is one of the greatest feelings to me... I love to be challenged.
How I Stay Motivated: I want to be shredded. Being physically active again makes me feel so much better and I don't get "depressed" anymore.
BB Accomplishments: I've totally changed my body.
