How I Started:
When I found out that every
month theres a powerlifting competition and the winner is like King of the FOB. Well I already had a powerlifting background back from Highschool, so it came back like riding a bike. I started reading articles anything I could get my hands on about bodybuilding and how much of art form it is and I got hooked.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes you feel like no other. Its a relaxation and an adrenaline rush. Theres no better way to release bent up angers then pushing weight and exploiting ur goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
To be the best u gotta work everyday. After I won my first comp ppl were coming in and literally trying to out do me all the time. I am the best and that alone motivates me

Im in the middle of a bulking phase, started a new workout seems to be working pretty well. Ive unfortunately put on some fat as well, ( damn mesomorph)here I am 204lbs

Goal (Long):
Ever since I was a little kid growing up watching the Arnold movies I always wanted arms his size. This year I plan on working on proportioning. Genetically my calves and quads grow extremely easily, biceps however take an enormous amount of work.Once I believe that I am at full proportion then I will enter a contest and see how well I do.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 25 lb
