Prove Everyone wrong, including myself now that i have been accepted to start training to be an MMA fighter at a top gym!!
Goal (Long):
I have had to have an operation when it looked like i would never walk again, i lost 30lbs of muscle size and weight due the drugs, lack of ability to eat and hospital visits, i am now mobile again and off of my crutches i have been in physical rehab for 9 months, my goals are to lose the body fat and replace it with the muscle that was once there. My ankle completely shattered and has had to be completely rebuilt. Now to prove the docs wrong and change the contact sport from rugby to cage fighting
I am also hoping that improvements in my physical condition can help me with my mental issues in the long term
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
i believe that NFL ball players are in fantastic athletic shape with great power. I am in admiration though of 400 meter track and field runners as this is the ultimate distance.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Bad Form, lifting too heavy, ill-educated, not pushing myself, overtraining particular body parts
I have suffered all my life with not trusting myself and my instincts this includes exams, sports, horse racing, relationships and now primarily training. What i am trying to say is that i often make a educated decision off my own back, decide that this is the right way to go and then...
awesome progress man . add me to your friends list if you would. your progress is something i want to follow and emulate . i welcome and critique or tips you have I can also be reached at doobzkhq@gmail.com.. love the chest and abs . what i want for me in my lifting .
My week was well... bad. Had to miss the gym a few times. The week started off great nutrition wise... Then I just went into a downward slump. I guess all we can really do is hope for the next day.
Absolutely exhausting!! I am working on a fitness clothing line now & I am constantly hearing that voice tell me 'no one will like them' 'they won't sell' 'I can't do it'....I could easily worry myself to death! (lol) I just keep reminding myself - worst case scenario.....they don't sell & I give them all away to my friends. Life goes on :)
I can totally relate - the one thing I have learned is that it's all in your attitude. Force yourself to think positively - instead of 'this ------ isn't working' flip it around and believe that it is working. Then just re-evaluate in a month & change what needs to be changed - no big deal. Doubting yourself & worrying are such a waste of time :) You can do it!
