I've only been using flood for about a week so I can't vouch on this for sure but... I feel like it's going to work consistent throughout the whole tub. The NO Xplode had immediate effects for me but they diminished at around the end of WEEK 2. Due to the similarities in the reviews of both products bw myself and others I'd probably say go with White Flood. Hope it works out for you!
No need to cycle off of PW. You can take 1-2 scoops a day. I use 1 scoop of PW and sip on it on the way to the gym. Then drink it throughout and after the workout. If you want you can even use 2 scoops and keep refilling your shaker bottle.
I would start with a half scoop and access your tolorence to each product. The only thing you would want to take on a non-training day is the GM. You can take the WF and GM together on training days pre w/o and take the PW intra.
WF is great!! Gets me through every one of my workouts! I have never tried N.O. Explode..So yeah, you may want to give WF a try, couldn't hurt right??

just keep ur protein around 1.5 grams times ur body weight eat alot of complex carbs even some esential fats like peanuts and almonds. get a good meal replace ment for in between ur means and post workout
