hey there...what's new w/you? I'm doing ok here. Been very tired lately. Lots going on. My comp was almost 2 months ago and I've been doing a lean bulk...so a bit fuller and stronger. Trying to get these sholders up. I put in for the 2013 bb.com spokesperson contest, but not holding my breath on that. :) Next competition is in July '13.

Hi Allen. No problem. I am real busy these days as well and not able to keep up with my comments on here like I used to. I am dealing with a pinched nerve but optimistic I will overcome this injury in no time. Hope you had a great weekend. Hugs, Wendy
