How I Started:
I was big into soccer in high school but was always really thin. So I started going to the gym and eventually made friends with some gym rats who helped me get a start. I kept with it and read more in magazines and met new people and eventually got really into it when I joined the Coast Guard.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. I like breaking through plateaus and seeing results from hard work in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone on this site. All the great comments and going to new profiles and checking out pictures keeps me wanting to improve.

training is going good . back in it hardcore, new 2 day split routine with daily cardio on those days ...workout 5 days rest 2 . its intense but i really want to get down to 8% ! how are you ?
