When I Started:
How I Started:
I was big into soccer in high school but was always really thin. So I started going to the gym and eventually made friends with some gym rats who helped me get a start. I kept with it and read more in magazines and met new people and eventually got really into it when I joined the Coast Guard.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. I like breaking through plateaus and seeing results from hard work in the gym.

Yeah, no carbs does suck. I feel like crap all day long when I cut Carbs. I I eat very clean & and have a fast metabolism. I have the opposite problem as most people, I can get lean relativity easily, but getting and keeping mass is an constant struggle.
