Getting asked if you take steriods or people thinking you take some illegal supplements is probably one of biggest things that upsets me and I'm not even that big. You work your ass to get strong and be healthy then people that are out of shape, jealous, know nothing about working out...

Happy New Year! I am only 1 pound over pre-contest weight. My trainer has me starting a new training plan Monday and will be upping my calories. I have made substantial strength gains (posted in my blog)
I do play paintball. I was in a team but some of the players decided to part ways. But I still play. funny you say that I don't fit the part. There are some girls that are cute that do play but not too many. So are u training for something in particular?
well,i'm living in norway. they don't celebrate thanksgiving here. however, wish you a very nice day with your family. i enjoy a pre work out meal with cottage chees and nuts instead of turky ;)
