How I Started:
I use to play rugby and one year i was pretty much constantly injured, as a result my coach told me to hit the gym to maintain my fitness and to build up my strength. I realised that i was quite alot better at gaining strength and size compared to my friends and soon started to lift more seriously. I now love working out and do so wherever i go, even if its just doing pullups on a tree or something.
Why I Love It:
I have always loved winning and when i work out i can see constant progress which to me is like winning as i am constantly bettering myself
How I Stay Motivated:
I have always wanted to be the biggest, better and strongest at everything i do. I use to go to school with a guy who is training (and on track) to compete in the 2012 olympics doing the discuss. I was always on the same level as him in the gym and we would always be pushing ourselves to train harder. He has now far surpassed be as i blew out my knee and stopped training for a long while but he still keeps me going and pushes me harder. I enjoy training with people who are above my level as it makes me push even harder to try and beat them

i usually don't leave comments but your profile is ridiculous. you have a pic of some 450 lbs man in july of 2006 but by feb of 2007 you have another pic of yousrelf at 150lbs. That my friend is impossible. you must have cropped that pic of some fat man. but you are a ripped buy and you don't need to lie to get compliments. so keep up the good work without making up pics

Damn big man you are HUGE. WOW what frikkin body, huge muscle mass and ripped to shreds, I want to be JUST LIKE YOU man. Thanks for inspiring me to hit the gym harder and watch what I eat.
