man i honestly dont think any of that **** works other than ephedra.but thats illegal..diet and cardio man..all the way..makin it a lifestyle rather than just a hobby or somethin you want is the best way man..make sure you keep me posted on your progress man.and any tips i can giveyou here and there dont hesitate

for sure, eat 7 meals minimum..eat every 2.5-3 hours... do fast paced workouts, high reps etc... atro-phex by bsn.
