How I Started:
I started weightlifting in 2006, nothing serious. I was 14 and just wanted to get a little stronger. I then again started fall 2007, and has lifted a little on and off since. But two months ago, I started working out in the morning, and this time it is serious. I do it for muscle gaining, so I can do better in football, and partly because of the look.
Why I Love It:
I love the way you can see and feel progress. Your progress shows more than in any other matter I can think of.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching my progress, and at the same time being aware of how it can allways be better.

thanks man, I injured my shoulder and chest though, so I haven't benched or done any kind of presses in over 2 months...probably gonna give it 4-6 more months off before I try to go back. I ended up straining the tendons from progressing to fast, and they take a long time to recover, so I may add in some HGH to help speed the recovery.
