Background

When I Started: Jan 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Ive been trying to lose weight all of my life. Realizing that I will still be that way unless I do something about it, lit a fire under my butt like you wouldn't believe.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out because it gives me time to be with myself. Learning about my strengths and weaknesses is a great motivator.

So, this is the first time i have ever seriously tried to make a blog. Here goes nothing! I will mainly be posting on my struggles and hopfully some acomplishments!  It may be sparce the next couple of weeks because of work but lets hope that content will make up of the lack of posts. :)

Captain Ahab Welcome. What helped my wife (bodyspace: judimax) go from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks and me lose over 50 Lb at the same time was by following the free 12 week Body for Life program.
