How I Started:
I have been skinny all my life, but after having two children and as I got older... I became more interested in nutrition & staying in shape.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel confident and strong! Plus, it's the one thing that I do for myself. It also helps me deal with depression in the winter months.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read fitness books & magazines. I also go to websites about bodybuilding & fitness to read info and get tips. Seeing before & after photos motivates me the most!

Goal (Long):

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I hate winter and the older I get, the less patience I seem to have for it. Most winters, I get depressed and fall into a rut. After years of dealing with it, I've learned of some ways to cope.
I know working out helps alot but it's the hardest to stay motivated in the winter than any other...
Hey, hope you had a great Halloween! It was a busy weekend and a late night last night. There were some crazy but fun people out last night. Thanks for the email on the blog. It means a lot that you took time to read it! but you're the one that's the inspiration! Great sense of fashion to show off that terrific physique on top of everything else too!
Halloween was interesting. Went to turnament and made semifinals in the stick fighting thing, on the way home had to slam on the horn to keep some moron on the way to a party from slamming into the car of my frends while they pulled into thare driveway. I mean, dude, the beer will still be thare in 3 minuets.
You are way too sweet, the lighting was kind of dark so it helped my pic. You know that saying about beauty only being a light switch away, LOL, in my case it really is true. Don't worry, I am just teasing, I know you're a good girl dedicated to your health. Abs like your s and definition like that doesn't come from too much drinking. The key is you look happy and you radiate health, positive energy and lots of heat!
Smokin' hot progress pic- you can really tell the difference. When you posted your first pic last year and said starting point, I laughed because you already looked so good. Well, you look even better- what an inspiration!
Sure it wasn't yours- that's what they all say! LOL, Wasn't sure if it was a mug or a small keg! Just got to Philly for the weekend and it was a cold and rainy drive. That's great that your working out so much, it shows. So is the not drinking and smoking part of your fitness goals or a religious thing?
