How I Started:
I have been skinny all my life, but after having two children and as I got older... I became more interested in nutrition & staying in shape. ~I hate when people tell me to eat more because I eat all the time & I eat alot. I don't tell over-weight people to put the fork down, so please...don't tell me to eat a hamburger!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel confident and strong! Plus, it's the one thing that I do for myself. It also helps me deal with depression in the winter months.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read fitness books & magazines. I also go to websites about bodybuilding & fitness to read info and get tips. Seeing before & after photos motivates me the most!

I hate winter and the older I get, the less patience I seem to have for it. Most winters, I get depressed and fall into a rut. After years of dealing with it, I've learned of some ways to cope.
I know working out helps alot but it's the hardest to stay motivated in the winter than any other...

Thank you for the laugh! "i don't tell fat people to put the fork down" I've heard the line about needing to eat more all the time, But my matabolism was so fast as a kid but i ate like a pig!
