TONE CHEST.TO LOOK NICE WHEN I TAKE MY SHIRT OFF.
CURVE BICEPS. I ALREADY HAVE THE TRI-CEPS.
Hey man thanks a lot. As far as shoulders go I seem to respond better to higher reps like 12-20 range. For you it may be different. I have been working out with lighter weight because I have an injury with my shoulder right now. Well take care.
Hi, Thank you for your comment! There is not really a secret I can tell you. Simply keep on working out. I prefer oldschool pyramid training and don't bother too much about counting reps or sets.
Well I kinda have a chest to start with but thanks for the comments. I would just suggest variations of chest exercises being done. This will help with growth. Bench press, chest flys and push ups which i do all the time.

Thanks for the comment. For shoulders (or really any bodypart) keep it basic and relatively heavy. Do lots of military presses. Mix it up with dumbells, bar, and machine presses. Don't forget side laterals and always train rear delts hard. Good luck and keep growing.
wat i do to get my abs is to start off with a heavy wheight on my abs with a machine then do reps of 5 then go down 10 punds each time till you cant do it anymore
Hey there! I wrote an article about building lean mass here:

It's mostly about eating enough of the right foods before and after your workouts, and eating enough clean food thorughout the day-- that way you can keep your nice abs and put on a little size :)
