About 10 years ago after the birth of my third child I didn't even recognize the fat person I had become. I lost 50 lbs in 6 months, but have yo-yo'd (mostly up) for the last eight years.
Why I Love It:
It proves to me that with focus and discipline, anything is possible.

This up and down of the same 5 pounds has got to stop!!! I must focus on eating reasonably well most of the time with an occasional cheat meal, eliminate the binge drinking and have 100% accountability to working out. It seems like I go for about two months of good motivation and results,...
