Background
Was always active and sporty for as long as I remember. Used to be a fairly good sprinter / high jumper, but never really worked hard at it.
The feeling you get when you finish your workout and you are going home is great. Being able to leg it around a pitch for 90 minutes (I play football and hockey) and still have a loads left in the tank is great!

Needed a program which allowed for those days when you just can't get to the gym. This meant one that didn't rely heavily on equipment / weights / threadmills.
This suited me perfectly. Basically running, body weight exercises and swimming. I started this on monday just gone (9th Jan 12)
So far it is proving challenging, but not impossible. Never realised how hard pull ups, and press ups were. It's only the friday of week one, but already I'm busting out the 15 minute continuous swimming fairly easily.<
