What I am trying to do?
Well I would like to get up to about 175 lbs. Through lifting weights and the use of Supplements.
The problem with the carrying the additional weight is I still have to run my Physical Fitness Test for the military. I would like to maintain or be faster than the time I currently run.
So basically as I gain weight, I am also trying to get faster.
I work out 5 days a week in the gym, three days a week I run around 3 miles and two days a week I do sprints.
