finally done with the first phase of the mass program i lost 3 pounds sucks but i look more toned and feel better but the thing is i got an hour and a half of free time mon, tue, thur, and friday so i'm bored now lol

those were 100's on the last set and I know I messed up cuz the strap was interfering with my grip....but thats how u do Hammer Curls
