Thanks and God bless you!
**** dude... Yeah, it costs a lot. I don't like the chutes because jsut because they are for longer distance sprinting... They will end up helping your forty. I just liked the sled better cause it makes your legs more powerful too. If you workout your legs the same day as you use the chutes, then it is a really good workout... So yeah, if you can't get a sled, lift legs then run with a chute.
Depends man... You got a workout partner? Cause bands can work really well with a partner, but personally, I like the sled. I don't like chutes. Since you wanna make your 40 better, I like the sled the best. The ones you pull and the ones you push.
Yeah man. I have used those before. I like them. Anything will help to tell you the truth though. Any type of running and stuff. Hills, sleds, bands, chutes. Pretty much everything... Running is the **** though.
Yeah dude... Trust me, being fast is always a good thing. It helps, but dont forget to work on your moves to. Agility is just as inportant and I learned the hard way... Agility and speed will kill and make you totally bad ass. Especially being strong like you are dude.
Yeah, I was kinda a powerback this year. I don't know. We ran the Wing-T so we have three main backs. My forty is, (was last track season), 4.53 with spikes on. Do you want to be fullback? Or would you rather play tailback?
Keep it up big dog! You are way ahead of the game. I wish I knew at your age what I know now about working out and what it can do for sports performance. Everything I got in high school was out of a Muscle and Fitness magazine ( I still have it.) And that alone worked wonders. Imagine if we all had someone who took the time to instruct us in the weight room. You are on your way chief!
