Started working out at home with videos. My favorites were my Cory Everson videos. I loved the pump and how I was starting to look with muscles. I have never been the cardio queen type.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of a great workout and how good it makes me look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out is like eating. It's just a part of my life, something I HAVE to do.
BB Accomplishments:
The fact that I've stuck with it.

Tonight was my last night of skills with the bad ass oly lifter. They are going back to LA. The nice part was that I was the only one who showed up so I got one on one training.

I haven't been using wraps, but I will be, I am in the process of researching good ones. I want to make sure they offer the most support. From what I understand using knee wraps helps prevent injury, but also hinders building muscles because the wrap taking the hit the muscles would be.. I will use the wraps only when over 75% of max. And of course during recovery of injuries.
Thanks, good to hear you are improving, that's what keeps us going back! I have been improving, but wrecked my knee the other day doing front squats, so I will be doing a lot of modifications to my wods to keep from re injuring it... Keep working hard and fast! Cheers
