Started working out at home with videos. My favorites were my Cory Everson videos. I loved the pump and how I was starting to look with muscles. I have never been the cardio queen type.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of a great workout and how good it makes me look.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out is like eating. It's just a part of my life, something I HAVE to do.
BB Accomplishments:
The fact that I've stuck with it.

IMHO overhead squats are the hardest exercise to keep form on. It's like a golf swing, too many points to think about. I noticed that my wrists were hyperextending because I was so busy paying attention to everything else. I also noticed that I would start to feel tingling in my hands on sets with a lot of reps. I paid more attention to keeping my wrists straight and the tingling has gone away.
