How I Started:
Started working out at home with videos. My favorites were my Cory Everson videos. I loved the pump and how I was starting to look with muscles. I have never been the cardio queen type.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of a great workout and how good it makes me look.

Working out is like eating. It's just a part of my life, something I HAVE to do.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I think deadlifts are. If done incorrectly you could really hurt yourself.

30 Pull-ups (jump)
Run 800 meters

Time: 47:13

I wasn't sure how I was going to get through this one since my upper body was still so sore but after the warm up I felt much better. I've finally got the flow...
