How I Started:
Well i have worked out most of my life i ran track and wrestled through out school. I studied karate and MMA for along time, long before there was a UFC or pride fighting and i was small as a child so i kind of had to, to keep from getting killed....
Why I Love It:
Well its been a long time since i have really been committed to any kind of fitness or work out program but,You know after a really good arm workout you feel the pump and your skin is so tight you think it will just burst...Well you know what im talking about anyone throwing weights around understands what i mean..And even the hurt is a good hurt it just makes me feel good just all around good..
How I Stay Motivated:
There are alot of things that help me stay motivated,my family i have 4 wonderful grand kids..And then you have Big Ronnie Coleman,Randy Couture you know some of the older guys i didnt say OLD guys i said older...And then there are alot of friends on BB.com that i look up to again some older guys as well as some of the younger guys..00PS AND GIRLS...

Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. I know I don’t have to but I have found that my friends help me stay on track and I hope I do you as well. So please forgive me for abandoning you and fill me in on what you have been up to these last couple of months. How are your workouts? Diet? Motivation? What are you looking forward too? Have your goals changed?
