How I Started:
As a high school and collegiate athlete I worked out constantly but when the athletics stopped my eating continued. Now I have begun working out in order to live a healthier life.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out but I love the results that can be achieved and the feeling of accomplishement that I feel when I get through a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Wanting to be the best Dad I can be and wanting it for myself as well as my children.

Goal (Long):
Short term - To work my way down to 15% BF.
Mid term - To balance out my body to show some muscle definition and remove the tire from my mid-section
Long term - Maintain BF between 9 and 13% and live a healthy/active life.
Now that I have my diet going in a direction that at least is not harmful, I am ready to continue moving forward. I've done my homework and prepared my schedule and family for the change that I'm going to be making in my lifestyle. I have a menu posted both at work and on the refrigerator...

Wow, graduated 3x from same school. I hope you were valedictorian, so that you got to make 3 graduation speeches. Good thing you're working out, to keep that bod up with your intellect. ;-)

Thanks for the feedback! I think all those wide grip pull ups are paying off and just pushing harder than EVER! I want more thickness and definition. I'm so ready to go back to bulking :)
Long time hows it been...Ive been down and out for a few weeks. Right knee started to fill with water. Dr. had to drain it. PAINFUL!!! But feeling better just waiting for the ok...Not sure what caused it but still should be back soon. Downside...I put on a few pounds. But hey thats life...You???
45 pounds... that is awesome. I have had setbacks mentally and emotionally, but surprisingly at the gym I'm doing better than ever, anyway, I will reach my goals, you'll see.
