How I Started:
i used to be 130 pounds. as you can see in my one picture i was ver skinny.i decided to get big so that my parents teachers and others would not boss me around and fear me.eventually it became a hobby and now i am very serious about becoming a body builder!
Why I Love It:
it helps me get stress out.its helps me zone out into my own music and escape everything around me , when am lifting that iron i think about nothing else but the pain and the muscle pump
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing that this will one day turn into a success story and i wont be just another BUM or LOOSER who hasnt accomplished anything in life

i have gained 30 pounds up to now in less then 9 months. i hope to continue grwoing at this rate

The obvious answer is. . .Use less weight ;) Also, check the "Articles" section (top of screen) for details on how to do a Deadlift - you may not be doing the entire movement properly. Getting form correct is FAR more important than lifting heavy when you're starting out.
No specific suggestions - You've made Tremendous progress, so just keep doing whatever you've been doing! And realize you need to eat more as your body gains muscle mass. One other tip: Deadlifts and Pullups are your friend, if not already being done.
