i cant send you a message bcuz it says you exceeded your storage space and you have to clear it so here. practice is going well. its hard to keep a good schedule though since my swimming season started. I have swim practice 3-4 times a week and gym 2-3. I take BSN True Mass after my workouts. and sometimes Optimum 100% Cassein before i go to sleep. How's your training going?

yep. same here. trying to reach 155-160 pounds by end of school year. and working out 4 times a week and swimming 2 days a week, sticking to diet, and stuff. still maintaining good grades. hoping to get great results.

hey. i've had a question i was meaning to ask. i noticed you listed your squats on deadlift #'s. my father mentioned that exercises like that that put pressure on your back may stunt my growth and stuff. do you think that's true and did that happen to you? many people have different opinions on this.

i consume optimum whey protein after my workouts and a cassein protein after i go to sleep. i dont take any other supplements like tablets or anything such because such things usually have some bad ingredient and at my age its dangerous. well any tips are appreciated and i will be posting up a new picture soon because my body is slowly getting better. good luck on your transformation and hope we can be friends and help each other out somehow.

hey. thanks for the comment. you think you can give me any tips on my diet? i try to eat every 3 hours. small meals throughout the day. i get about 100-120 grams of protein a day. thing is i cant always get my parents to cook food the way i want (healthy). and school food isnt as hea;thy as i wanted it to be. i still eat it because i dont want to starve the whole day.

thanks. the reason i wanted to know is because i wanted to keep track of my workouts. and yea i will try to check at my school or maybe at my gym. they might have it there. thanks a lot!!! i was also curious to check it because i have a pretty sninny and bony structure but i still have this like fatty make up in my body which i dont like.
