since we last chatted, i've changed up my workout routine, i'm putting more effort into bodyweight exercises and started doing cardio and keeping my heart rate in the aerobic zone. i've lost about 12lbs in 7 weeks! got 1 more week to go man before my long (7 week) holiday to india!

hey man. not been training or dieting or anything since early january for mainly because of nose bleeds and laziness. but i'm determined again. saw myself in the mirror whilst leaving a restaurant and i looked disgusting!!! my updated stats will show that! how are you doing man. thanks for leaving a message! i like reading your comments a lot. keep dropping by. thanks!

haha, your weight seems to fluctuate a whole lot more than mine. i like the way my weight is fluctuating at the moment....downwards!

keep at it dude. you have done well so far. also, fill in the details of your bodystats such as waist size, thigh size etc. when the weight doesn't drop but these body measurements change, it will let you know you are still making progress. also, i think we have a similar bodyshape, so it would be interesting to know how we compare.

hey dude, i was just thinking about you actually. lol. and then i find a message. i hope you had a good christmas dude. i have let go of my diet for the festive season. i still haven't started cardio and i have only been going gym 4 days a week instead of 5 as i have not been training shoulders for about 3 weeks now. i am getting pain down my triceps for some reason. though i think it is related to my tennis elbow i had been having in the past. how is your training going?

hey warner, forgot to add, i aim to add a protein shake, bodyweight excercises and some cardio to my routine and i think i will be in good shape in no time. its so exciting seeing the shape of my body changing by each day. u keep up the good work and please update your stats regularly. remember, we are similar size and both getting better shapes would make me real happy!

hey dubb, yea man, i started training, i am in my 6th week of weight training. i am on a 5 day split. i'm really getting into this training. it makes me feel so good. the only thing is, my weight loss has slowed down, but i don't care about weight as long as the fat goes down and the muscle piles on. hows your training being going? i visited you a few times!
