LOL...I agree with you red. And I realy think thats what oldsuperman meant, we're there to keep the young uns not too full ofthemselfs. For one reason the ones that are at the gym my age don't know what the F@*K they're doing. So I ussual end up lifting with someone younger too. And I ussualy out lift them.
