I want to lose fat so I can show the muscle I already have.
Goal (Long):
I want to be a solid 200 lbs. 10% bodyfat or less add a few inches to arms and take a few off my waist. Good V-taper. Will start training on may 1st 2008 and hit it hard! my current supps I have ordered but will not start taking till the 1st when I start training.

I am only a few days in and already I see and feel a difference! I am pumped! Th esupps are working great I think I put together i really good stack! and the cardio is going well... only 20min a day, 6 days a week but fat is flyin off!!!! and It looks like I am keepin my mass!!!! heck yes!!!!...

Workout Program:
this was the workout I did in high school that really put on the mass! I am going to be starting it again after I lean out.

5 sets for each body part after warm-ups.

The first 2 sets are heavy weight for 6 reps.
The 3rd set is middle weight for 12 reps.
The last two sets are light...
