I have always been the "skinny kid". Eventually, i got tired of it and decided to put some meat on my bones. Thus began my journey to a better physique.
Why I Love It:
When you walk out of the gym knowing you gave it 110%
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror before i lift, and tell myself, "that is the guy you have to beat."
