i am someone who used to weigh over 350 pounds and then i decided to lose the weight first and i am also someone who still has/have some weight and/or extra pounds left over from the past but also the goal of building massive muscle is a wonderful goal for me also because i am someone who reads and also understands all aspects of bodybuilding, strength training and also cardio training plus every single process in the world of bodybuilding
i lose a lot of weight during my college years and also when i was at work because i would run from my previous condo to the office every day and then running 3 miles every week 5 times a week but since then i have the routine of running 3 miles daily for more than 5 times a week-i will add of my college information later on thanks, ramone f.

"All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to influential people and also the past and present winner of every known bodybuilding and fitness competitions and wish that I could be as strong and muscular as them. I don't settle for being average because of the fact that i am very tall person who works between 10 up to 16 hours a day! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 300 pounds of muscle , with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 550 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 12 months!"

Description of Workout:
This 3 day workout hits all major muscle groups over a 3 day period. The first day hits legs/back, second day hits chest/shoulders and the thrid day is dedicated to arms. Ideally you should use this workout on Mon-Wed-Fri.
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal.
