I was huge in iraq but for going that long of a time just lifting i took 1 1/2 months off so now im trying to get back to that status and beyond to compete by summer of 2009
Oh snap it's about to be 2010! My resolutions are to love more, smile more, have more fun, eat clean clean clean and train 10x harder. It's all worth it in the end :-)
