How I Started:
At first it was to lose weight and look toned.
Why I Love It:
I love it becuase its my "me" time. Leave work after a stressful day dealing with people who are never satified and then go lift weights. People dont bother you in the gym unless they are wanting to use the equipment next to you. You dont have anyone constantly walking around asking you a million and one questions. I also like the way that i fill out my clothes. there is no question as to am i fat or is that muscle. you can see that is muscle. (FINALLY)
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of myself before I deployed and know that i never want to look like that again. There comes a time when you have to stop referring to it as "baby" fat. No dear that is all you...LOL
BB Accomplishments:
So far my back is toned i can see some of my abs (will see more after procedure) and my legs are wonderful..

After having two kids and having a hectic schedule I let my body go. I would like to look lean. Bring my butt up off my legs enhance he apperance of my thighs and my abs to pop when I look in the mirror. Not to sure how I am going to achieve that so that is why I am here. Looking for all the advice that I can get so I can meet my goal.

I don't think negative or anything of it. Its just what they do to keep focused. No im not a grunter
