How I Started:
I was a college athlete. After years of decline I am coming back from the dark side.
Why I Love It:
1. My son trains too! (sometimes with me) 2. I feel like an athlete again
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals. Mostly keeping up with sonny boy and his workout partner.
BB Accomplishments:
No BB accomplishments, but I dont have to lever myself out of bed or out of the car anymore. (Pretty soon Ill be tossing this walker!) I gained some muscle and lost some fat.

Goal (Long):
Seriously, the main thing at first was to fix may aching back. Now it is to keep increasing range of motion through the hips and back. Success begets success. A year ago I would have been thrilled with the body I have now, but now I am not so satisfied. Now I want: 1. to have more success with Olympic lifts (to keep up with my son and possibly compete one day), and 2. to lose some fat and have the best 40 something body I can get.
