i want to gain big so im eating has big has i can
for breakfast i eat 5 to 6 eggs 1 glass of milk and glass of water
a few hours later i'll have a tuna sandwich with lettuce
a few hours later extra lean chicken breast with bake potatoe
protein shake with 2/3 cup of nuts
extra lean chick.breast salad and brown rice
and before i go to sleep cheese and another 2/3 cup of nuts
everything is acompanied with water
on average i consume almost 3 liters of water a day
