Okay, so yesterday i got my photos taken, and had my last day on my Dymatize 100k challenge. What a great experience!. (Goal was to gain muscle mass, and drop a little fat) I tried the best i could to keep on diet the 3 months, and its been tough at times, where i HAD to take a cheat meal at least once a week, to keep cravings at day.
