How I Started:
Started hanging around alot of amateur wrestlers, and being 98 lb of skin and bones, I would get tossed around. So I started lifting weights and my body really really responded quickly. The rest is history
Why I Love It:
The dramastic result you see from the hard work on yourself. Also builds lots of discipline, and selfesteem. Reaction from other people. Overall well being.

I want to be lean year round. Trying not to go overboard during bulking winter season. Educating myself more to pass on to other Natural athletes, including bodybuilding, thai boxing, amateur wrestling. Stay Natural and set a standard for being drug-free.
