Okay I think I need to finalize my blog here.  Things got so hectic and my mind was so carb depleted I slacked off of the blog.  So with this post I think I will finalize the journey.

Wow is all I can say.  I really didn't think I could do it in all honesty but I am so glad I did. ...

Workout Program:
At least 8 pullups before beginning any workout and at the end of each workout 3 sets of 3 negative pullups (with the exception of back day). Some may think this is overtraining but it works for me.

Mon - chest with a spin class later in the day
