At the next show in November I want to see a considerable difference in my abs and legs from the April show. I think that should be plenty of time to get them how I want them.
Okay I think I need to finalize my blog here. Things got so hectic and my mind was so carb depleted I slacked off of the blog. So with this post I think I will finalize the journey.

At least 8 pullups before beginning any workout and at the end of each workout 3 sets of 3 negative pullups (with the exception of back day). Some may think this is overtraining but it works for me.
