Hi There Can You Help Me With a problem i am experiencing in Bodybuilding.? Okay its that im been trying for 4 months to get my arm bigger and hit the 13 inch mark for my arm but it is impossible. Is there any way by looking at my status that u can tell me what I can focus on more. I Really want the 13in arm and yes i been bodybulding for 1yr and 4 months already
