Finally went supplement shopping LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!! SOMETHING OLD (ME), SOMETHING NEW (SUPPLEMENTS)!! LOL!!!

1 capsule of L-Carnitine

1 Capsule of Chromium polycolonate

1 flax seed oil 3 x's a day

 

Although I already have been using protien powders WHEY & SOY....I feel maybey it was pushing over my protien limit because of all the crap I was eating so Im eliminating red meat from my diet as well as minimizing deli meats

This time will hopefully inspire others by showing that even if you are knocked down, that you can always get up and continue with your fight, God willing. So I say....let the fights begin! Latina-Wanda You are funny Mamita! But you're damn right, there are no healthy Latin foods! That's why I don't eat it that often. I don't really diet, I just watch what I eat & drink. I try to eat my arroz con abichuelas for lunch. Carbs are out of the question for dinner. Thank you for the add Aida, eres bella y no te apures, que ese cuerpo se va acomodando!!! 2009myp Well, to measure body fat you do need some tools for that. You can purchase inexpensive calipers right here on bb.com. It provides the exact instructions on how to measure and what parts of your body to measure. Or if you have a gym membership, most gyms will have the electric ones for member to use for free readings. Hope that helps. Keep up with your measurements though!
