Awesome abdominal wall, and very nice leg definition. I just decided to enter my first competition shooting for something this summer and I need to thicken my ab wall, and lean out about 6% body fat. I am about 12 - 13% right now. I saw all of your contest entries and thought you might have some ideas on what might be right in this area for a summer competition. Thanks!

I have diff not been 100% here....I am eating well, but i know there s still a lot of grease...my stomach has been upset! so ready to come back home and get back on track! So are u doing the 1200 or 1500 on ur diet?
