How I Started:
I have always wanted to join a gym & lift weights.Like most women though,I was intimidated at the thought of it being just men.I finally found a gym where they made both men & women feel comfortable.ever since I have been hooked.
Why I Love It:
It has been great seeing how my body has changed over time.I have lost weight,toned up & built some muscle.not only do I look better,I feel great & it helps me to stay young & fit & since I am a grandma it helps to be in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Too stay motivated,I have to go right from work & do my workouts.If I didn't do this,I don't think I would have kept at it like I have.
BB Accomplishments:
being able to stick with a nutritional food plan & my workouts for the past 3 yr's,is a big accoplishment.

I temp. fell off the wagon. It's so hard I have a 18 mo. old and a 3 mo. old. If one is down the other one is awake! I've been trying to stay on a good diet. Mostly just taking whey protein for every meal. I think it put 3 lbs on me. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to work harder! I just bought "The Butt Book" by Tosca Reno, it looks promising.....I'll let you know how that goes. How are you?
