How I Stay Motivated:
LOOK IN THE MIRROR. After being kept out of the gym for almost a year with surgery it's not hard to stay motivated.
Always stay humble. Remember there's always a bigger fish out there.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't do "bodybuilding", I train for mainly for sports and to stay in shape.
Some have been asking about how I was hurt, the surgery, rehab and all that. So I will write soon with some details about that. Maybe it'll be able to help some aviod the injury or help with their rehab and surgery. I'm also looking from input from anyone with this surgery or injury. ...
I don't try and micromanage my workout at all, keep it simple all the way. I train only one body part per week and train every day. Only arms, hams/calf, back have more than one bodypart trained per day. Try to keep the workout really short, an hour max. And I don't use stricked numbers...
that sucks man. i tore both my rotator cuffs and three legiments in my shoulders, take a while to come back from any injury in that area id imagine. good luck though man.
damn..you've been to more parts of FL then me and i live here..sad!! i still dont see progress pics mister! workout was going good for me..then this passed weekend, i celebrated my bday (pretty hard)..too lazy to workout :P but im getting back on track tommorow night.

I'm a little tired since I'm working out like crazy and traveling for my job a lot too lately but getting excited/nervous for sure...how are things going for you?
good to hear at least ur still able to keep up with ur workouts. do you have an estimated time as to when u will be recovering 100%?

the weather is awesome..it does get a little too hot sometimes, but i love it.
my workout is going well..ive been sick for the past few days, so my energy is very low..but im getting better..hopeully 2nite ill be able to hit the gym. :)
Hey babes, not bad....comin down with the sniffles but I will crawl to the gym later, if I have to.. Haven't missed a day since I got started 4 wks ago...I am really happy and staying focused...seeing small changes but loving it! There's no turning back now...gotta get fir for the comp next year! ;)
