How I Started:	got tired of wanting to look like the skinny models, and I have always wanted to be strong and loved the way muscular women looked. My dad was a big influence on health because he taught me about health food and exercise
Why I Love It:	I love the changes Ive accomplished and seeing my veins, being strong, helping other men and women get even the smallest amount of fire for exercise and health. I feel very beautiful about myself
How I Stay Motivated:	Support from my husband and knowing I was blessed with great genetics.
BB Accomplishments:	3rd place 1998 extreme naturals 2005 MO state middleweight and short class figure, and best poser, I was shooting for JR nationals for figure in summer of 2006 but got sick, Ill be ready in 2007
