Lower body KISS 😈…my franken lever rack is just getting some final touches (got the washer dimensions right to add weight horns exactly where i needed to counter balance the low lever). Just got to work on chain lengths and clearances and shes done. Spare/recycled/unused parts only of course

Think back to a time when someone told you something positive about yourself (you still remember it don't you?).There are high spots in all our lives and a lot of them have come through encouragement from someone else. I don't care how great, how famous or successful a man or woman may be, each hungers for applause. It may not be the most important thing, but it is important.
